MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS 

The mental health treatment protocol is typically a series of six IV Ketamine infusions, administered over a two or three-week period.  Each IV infusion lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. After this infusion series, patients return for maintenance infusions based on their symptom control and individualized treatment plan.

The pricing for mood disorder treatment is as follows: 

$150.00 initial consultation fee - This will be applied to your balance if you proceed with treatment.  The initial series is $1800.00 for six infusions and then $350.00 per “booster” infusion.

CHRONIC PAIN DISORDERS 

Treatment of chronic pain disorders requires a higher dose of Ketamine and a longer duration of infusion time (3-4 hours). Our pain protocol typically consists of at least six infusions (depending on the pain syndrome you have), administered 2-3 times per week. 

The pricing for chronic pain treatment is as follows: $150.00 initial consultation fee - This will be applied to your balance if you proceed with treatment.  The initial series is $4000.00 for six infusions and $700.00 per “booster” infusion.

INSURANCE ​ 

Unfortunately, Ketamine infusions typically are not covered by insurance carriers as of yet. Until that happens, these treatments are considered an “out-of-pocket” expense. We will provide you with our billing sheets so you can submit to your insurance company, but we do not directly do preauthorizations with insurance companies.
