MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS
The mental health treatment protocol is a series of six IV Ketamine infusions, administered over a two-week period. Each IV infusion lasts approximately one hour. After this two-week treatment period, most patients return for maintenance infusions once every four weeks for one year or they will be prescribed maintenance oral medications.
The pricing for mood disorder treatment is as follows:
$100.00 initial consultation fee - This will be applied to your balance if you proceed with treatment
$350.00 per infusion or $1800.00 if infusion series is paid in full on initial visit
CHRONIC PAIN DISORDERS
Treatment of chronic pain disorders requires a higher dose of Ketamine and a longer duration of infusion time (3-4 hours). Our pain protocol typically consists of at least three infusions (depending on the pain syndrome you have), administered 1-2 times per week. Pain treatment may require up to six sessions.
The pricing for chronic pain treatment is as follows:
$100.00 initial consultation fee - This will be applied to your balance if you proceed with treatment
$700.00 per infusion or $4000.00 if infusion series is paid in full on initial visit

INSURANCE
Unfortunately, Ketamine infusions typically are not covered by insurance carriers as of yet. Until that happens, these treatments are considered an out of pocket expense. We will provide you with our billing sheets so you can submit to your insurance company, but we do not directly do preauthorizations with insurance companies.
