$150.00 initial consultation fee - This will be applied to your balance if you proceed with treatment
$350.00 per infusion or $1800.00 if the infusion series is paid in full on the initial visit.
CHRONIC PAIN CONDITIONS - NOT INCLUDING CHRONIC REGIONAL PAIN SYNDROME (CRPS)
The chronic pain treatment protocol is a series of six+ IV Ketamine infusions, administered over a two to three-week period. Each IV infusion lasts approximately 3 hours. After this treatment series, most patients return for maintenance infusions once every four-to-eight weeks and are occasionally prescribed maintenance medications.

$700.00 per infusion or $4000.00 if the infusion series is paid in full on the initial visit.
CHRONIC REGIONAL PAIN SYNDROME (CRPS) PROTOCOL
The chronic regional pain syndrome treatment protocol is a series of eight+ IV Ketamine infusions, administered over 10 days (no weekend). Each IV infusion lasts approximately 4-6 hours. After this treatment series, most patients return for maintenance infusions once every four-to-eight weeks and are occasionally prescribed maintenance medications.
